are own own visits to our sites included in the stats? Some of my reported visits are coming from places that no one except me would be able to access for example 123-reg, so unless someone in that office is looking i think it must be me? If this is so is there a way to stop this as i want my stats to only record proper visits from other users.

Our referrer stats show all referrals that come in to your site so it will pick up this trarffic source. It may not be you that is generating the traffic though. It could be somebody else using 123-reg's whois info tool.
For example, somebody could be searching for their desired domain name via 123-reg and have been referred to your site via their search results.

Unless you are regularly logging in to your 123-reg account and then clicking on a link somewhere in there to go to your site with us, the traffic is probably somebody else.
