Hi, can I edit my site so that there is only 'men seeking women' on the search part and also when people search it ONLY displays female members?

The results on the search are set to the preferences of the profile that is accessing the search page as well as the criteria that the user defines on the search/advanced search page.

This is assuming that you are reffering to the logged in member search as ooposed to the search box on the index page which is defined by your site type and/or any niches that you have on the site in question.
