I was only wondering if you could put an additional field on the “add your site” page on own banner exchange of Reciprocal link URL. This would be handy when approving the submission. This could be displayed as a URL on the “Your members” page Pretty PLEASE

I know you run a script every week to check the links across the banners exchange sites, but let us double check the link before approving it.

It would be nice to be able to send the requesting site an email regarding issues such as ‘Sorry can’t find own reciprocal link’,’ Not approved’ or ‘approved’, etc via a single button press from the “your members” page.

Another suggestion (Wish List for the Banner exchange)

Please can we have the ability to reset the counter/s, daily/weekly or monthly? This would stop the people who cheat and run scripts on the banner exchange.

I know you guys are very busy, let me know your thoughts on these suggestions

Hi,

The URL submitted to your banner exchange should be the reciprocal link of your URL as stated beneath the text box.

Once you have approved a site then an automated email is sent to the registered email and the script we use to check pages also sends emails.

We have no plans on giving options to reset the counters as the sites are ordered by the number of inbound hits, so clearing the counters will reset the list. This would obviously upset members who were on the top and now find themselves on the bottom, and probably result in such sites pulling out and you losing traffic.
