Maybe Charles or Gary can clarify this; Just wondered - is it an upgrade PER 100 members or only one upgrade once the 100 mark is reached?

Hi,
The free upgrade applies only once after the 100 is reached. Obviously if your site is still generating many new members we will take this into account, for example if your free upgrade has run out we can re-upgrade the account for you.
I hope this has clarified this for you.
